Water fasting has been around for centuries and requires nothing more than your patience, a little discipline, and you guessed it - water. Fasting has even been shown to prevent epileptic seizures in children, so there are many more effects on the brain that we are just now beginning to understand.

Kidney pain is the number one reason that people stop in the middle of their fast, not hunger.
